GENERAL PROVISIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT IN CLEANING EMISSIONS INTO ATMOSPHERE FROM ASPHALT-CONCRETE PLANTS

The feasibility of installing environmental measures in terms of environmental and economic effect is considered. Achieving the environmental effect is provided by reducing the amount of harmful emissions into the atmosphere, reducing the negative impact on the environment associated with the deterioration of human health, the impact on climatic parameters. As a criterion for the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in environmental protection measures, a maximum net present value indicator is taken. The effect of the implementation of environmental measures is considered.
