This article is devoted to convergent learning as a means of forming the educational motivation of students in the classroom. particular attention is paid to the use of a convergent approach in the study of natural science and general education disciplines. The possibilities of using a convergent approach in various forms of organizing educational activities in the classroom are considered. The features of the formation of intersubject connections in the application of the convergent approach are considered.
