APPLICATION OF NON-NUMERIC METHODS IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION QUALITY

The article discusses the quality management of the educational process, for which the solutions studied the requirements for the content and quality of the educational program within a specific area of professional activity. The aim of this study is a comparative assessment of the requirements of professional and state standards, which allows to adjust the learning process due to the variable part of the basic professional educational programs and to improve the quality and competitiveness of graduates. To evaluate the differences between the normative documents on the example of a specialty 10.05.03 – «Information Security», was used lyusianov theory (Bernoulli vectors) that allows you to generate the results of independent pairwise comparisons. On the basis of this method of testing and analysis of the data was established classification differences competencies, as well as develop recommendations for updating the learning process.
