The system of secondary and higher vocational education in Russia is in the stage of reform. The general tendency of transformations remains the focus on practical-oriented training of graduates of educational institutions. Comparative analysis of foreign achievements in the field of vocational training and training of workers at enterprises is given, which is of some interest for the development of its own concept of practice-oriented education.
