Warehouse logistics in the Voronezh region: development prospects and human resources

The continued growth of trade turnover requires the constant development of modern warehouse complexes and the expansion of personnel. This article examines the status and development potential of warehouse logistics in the Voronezh Region. It is shown that the presence of large online and offline retailers in the region contributes to an increase in cargo turnover and warehouse space. The growth in vacancies in warehouse management is also examined. It is found that the current pipeline of logistics specialists does not meet the industry's workforce needs, given the lack of interest among some graduates in working in this field. It is shown that graduates are employed with competitive salaries, clear prospects for career advancement, and professional development.
