BUSINESS REPUTATION AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION

The paper examines the relevance of the business reputation of the organization, its functions, structure and principles of formation, identifies factors affecting the reputation and identifies the performance indicators of the organization. For effective assessment of business reputation, it is proposed to apply a SWOT analysis.
