THE FEATURES OF PERSONALITIES IN THE PROFESSIONAL SPHERE

The paper analyzes the characteristics of types of individuals in terms of their development in the professional sphere. The stages of development of the professional worker are specified. It was noted that there are three basic dimensions of personalities. The role of the teacher in education of young specialists in higher school is poited out.
