THE USE OF ELECTRONIC BOOKING IN THE INDUSTRY HOSPITALITY

The paper discusses the features of e-booking. Marked the details of the formation of electronic tickets. The reservation sites of e-tickets are given, highlighted the key steps of confirming the identity of the electronic ticket. The recommendations for possible action in the event of a change of route are shown.
