DEVELOPMENT OF A CONFIGURATION FOR AUTOMATION OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF ONLINE ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS OF THE EN-TERPRISE USING THE 1C SYSTEM TOOLS

The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to expand the functionality of the existing 1C: ERP system in operation and to modernize communication technologies between the client and the organization. The solution was the development of a separate configuration on the 1C platform, which serves as a personal account for the client of the enterprise. In addition to achieving the above goals, the problem with the distribution of the load on sales managers responsible for interaction with customers will be partially solved, as well as a possible increase in the number of potential customers by improving the quality of interaction and service. Results obtained: the configuration of the client's personal account on the 1C platform was developed with a number of functionalities, the main of which are the acceptance of online orders and seamless integration with the main 1C: ERP system through Web services and XDTO objects. Planned field of application of the research results: personal online space of the client of the enterprise for more convenient ordering of the products of the enterprise and automated interaction between the client and the organization.
