MANAGEMENT OF CONFLICT PROCESSES IN ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS
UDC 681.3
Features of management of conflict processes in organizational systems are revealed. The essence of these features is revealed: their versatility, nonlinearity, irreversibility, multiculturality, hierarchy and illogicality. At the conceptual and formal levels, the most adequate models of management of these processes are described, namely, models of mutual-reflexive, situational and coordination management. The models are focused on the development of computer technologies to support decision-making in management in organizational systems.
