Student learning is interconnected with mental activity, with the reception and processing of a large flow of information. After 3-4 pairs of concentration, there is a rapid fatigue, and the desire to do something decreases. Based on this, the purpose of our work is the need to assess the level of mental performance depending on the state of health, adaptation of female students, taking into account quantitative and qualitative characteristics. We conducted two studies: the effect of multidirectional types of physical exercise on mental activity, and the study of the functional state, the adaptation of the body to stress. Participants – 58 girls aged 18-20 years from three courses of humanitarian specialties. The girls were divided into three groups in different sports areas. Three types of physical exercises: cardio, sports games and yoga were performed 2 times a week, before and after the class they did a proof-reading test. AP and UFS were calculated as a characteristic of the course of life support processes at the level of both individual physiological systems and the entire body as a whole. In three-year students, the information processing rate is higher after the load than at the beginning of the lesson, and mental performance increases by 10.62 seconds after classes, especially after sports games.
