The article deals with the theoretical issues of using the semantic network apparatus for intellectual decision support. Basic components of decision-making: conceptualizing the problem; generate solutions; evaluate solutions; select the preferred solution. The semantic networks are used to formalize these components. The algorithm of intellectual decision support developed on the basis of the semantic networks apparatus is presented.
