The process of creating a corporate project management system is inextricably linked with the development of its component components, such as a specialized information system and a project office. ISPM arises in the company far from immediately, as soon as the project practice begins to be applied in a commercial organization. Accordingly, the allocation of project offices to separate units occurs only at a certain stage in the development of a new management paradigm.
