TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE OF REVEALING LAYER PRECARIAS BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF STANDARD AND NON-STANDARD FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT

A comparative qualitative analysis of standard and non-standard forms of employment is, in the author's opinion, the methodological basis for the identification of layer precarias. A regional research using sociological methods allowed to determine the methodological approach to the identification of the precariat in the number of unconventionally employed economically active population of the region, to describe the quantitative and qualitative criteria of precarization and to prove the necessity of compulsory assessment by the indicators of the two groups poten-tially precarial population – the unemployed and informally employed on verbal agreements with employers. The article shows that the algorithm of this identification suggests a sequence of actions and can be mathematically described on the basis of the operation of disjunction in the composition of Boolean algebra.
