The Laser Fluorescent Spectroscopy (LFS) is widely used in various medical directions, the most known of which – an oncology. In the main LFS apply to in vivo of diagnosis of tumors. The last researches showed that LFS can be used for diagnostics of the local inflammation initiated by thermal or mechanical influence. In this article arguments for creation of the device for noninvasive measurement of maintenance of flyuorofors in biofabrics, and also the first decisions and results received on the first model are adduced.
