MODELLING OF THE SINGLE-CHANNEL AND MULTICHANNEL MASS SERVICE SYSTEMS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE BUS STATION TICKET OFFICE

The basic elements of mass service system (MSS), their objectives, examples and types are described. The models of the single-channel and multichannel MSS on the example of a ticket office of a bus station with one and two operators respectively are presented. As the result of carrying out an experiment it is possible to define the number of the required operators for reduction of a turn and increase of the number of served clients.
