Transformation of the Architecture of Organizational and Management Processes in the Context of the Introduction of End-to-End Digital Technologies

The article discusses the key directions of transformation of the architecture of organizational and management processes in IT companies under the influence of end-to-end digital technologies. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt classical management models to the conditions of the digital economy. The author conducts a functional analysis of changes in the processes of planning, organization, motivation and control. It is revealed that the introduction of big data technologies, artificial intelligence and DevOps tools contributes to the transition from hierarchical structures to self-regulating systems with a shortened feedback cycle. The paper also systematizes the main risks of digital transformation, including cognitive overload of managers and increasing dependence on digital infrastructure. The results of the study can be applied in the design of management systems in high-tech companies.
