Accounting for Tariff Environment Uncertainty in Managerial Decision-Making Within a Logistics Organizational System

The paper is devoted to accounting for tariff environment uncertainty in managerial decision-making within a logistics organizational system. The influence of freight tariff changes on shippers' costs, carriers' revenues, and the choice of a rational request allocation alternative is considered. It is shown that the use of only average or current tariff values does not fully take into account possible deviations in the market situation. An approach to forming tariff environment scenarios and assessing the stability of management alternatives is proposed. A mathematical formulation of the decision-making problem is presented, taking into account the expected value of the efficiency criterion and the risk of deviation from forecast parameters. The results can be used in the development of intelligent management support models for a logistics organizational system.
