As part of this work, we analyzed the main methods of decision support, analysis of approaches to de-veloping a decision support system when choosing an object for a pilot project in the field of infor-mation technology, formalizing a project for implementing a pilot project of virtualization, describing a decision support system for choosing an object for implementation of a virtualization pilot project based on the hybrid rating method.
