QUEUING SYSTEMS

Queuing systems (QS) are used wherever work with customers and calls is involved as well as in the production, maintenance, transmission, processing of mass-specific goods and work with signals. QS becomes more common every year about the emergence of well as new tasks and their searching solutions for its. Queuing systems arose due to the need to solve applied problems associated with telephony due to the huge number of weakly dependent and independent from each other sources of calls and therefore these processes are random in nature. Thanks to the stable and reliable operation of telephony, it became possible to receive and process statistical data, which helped to calculate the main indicators for this service model.
