ASSESSMENT OF PROSPECTS OF INTRODUCTION OF CLOUD COMPUTING AT THE ENTERPRISES AND IN PUBLIC SECTOR ON THE EXAMPLE OF GERMANY

The Information Technologies (IT) are subject to fast change and influence – obviously or imperceptibly – all areas of life. Two classical models of data processing dominate still: central a mainframe model (high-performance computers in computer centers) and newer client-server model (the personal computer connected to the central server). The following stage of development is the third model: so-called cloud computing which has to support better promptly increasing number of modules and devices with connection to the Internet and the increasing presence of IT at the professional environment and private life.
