The article discusses one of the areas of modern strategic management that allows organizations to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage - knowledge management. The implementation of the knowledge management concept should ensure the growth of financial and economic results in the long term. When forming a knowledge management strategy, not only technical improvement with the help of information technology is necessary, but also a human-oriented approach and personal transfer of knowledge by employees.
