TYPES OF RUN AND ITS IMPACT ON THE HUMAN BODY

The article considers running as the main type of human physical activity. This type of activity is an effective exercise with which a person can maintain his physical shape. Running not only increases the volume of the lungs, expands the chest, increases the elasticity of the body, thereby improving blood circulation in the body, but also has a positive effect on mental development, self-control, and the concentration of brain activity.
