The article is devoted to the assessment by the personnel of the personnel policy at the medium-sized enterprise "Moscow Cancer Center", made on the basis of a survey of employees. The survey revealed a problem in the organization of personnel management and the need to develop, adapt and implement a system of management measures that have proven their effectiveness in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.
