On the basis of the system-conflictological approach, the axiomatics of models of self-organization and evolution of organizational systems is developed. Axioms are formulated that determine: the factors of the development of these systems, the regulators of the trends of their evolutionary and involutional development, the structure of their life cycle and the shape of the trajectory of development. The practical significance of these axioms lies in the fact that they orient researchers to build adequate mathematical models of systems of the class in question.
