After blocking some popular social networks in Russia, their audience switched to other platforms, in particular Telegram. This article discusses the features of using this platform on social networks, as well as the benefits of using channels to develop and promote organizations. The purpose of the work is to analyze and identify the criteria by which Telegram is gaining more and more popularity among Internet users engaged in marketing. The weekly statistical growth of the audience, the active introduction of chatbots into correspondence with potential customers, the creation of surveys to identify the needs of buyers highlight the aforementioned messenger. In a constantly developing market, Telegram successfully retains its position as a leader in Internet sales.
