METHODS FOR INCREASING ENDURANCE OF THE BODY

The article examines endurance as the most important physical quality, expressed in the ability to resist physical fatigue in the process of muscular activity and manifested in professional, sports practice (to one degree or another in each sport) and everyday life, reflecting the general level of human performance. Recommendations for endurance training are given.
