ALGORITHM FOR RESOLVING SYSTEM CONFLICTS IN THE ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

On the basis of the provisions of the system theory of conflict and the methods of the theory of non-antagonistic games, the problem of developing an algorithm for resolving system conflicts in the organization of construction works is solved. A three-stage system of criteria for selecting collective solutions corresponding to guaranteeing, Pareto-optimal, and Nash-equilibrium solutions is deter-mined. The structure of the algorithm is described, and the features of its software implementation are indicated.
