This research is devoted to the commercial component of the activities in social and cultural institutions. There is a trend in modern Russia to implement commercialization and business processes tools in the main activity in social and cultural institutions. However, this trend involves several concerns at all levels of agency management. The stuff describes the main problems and suggests possible approaches to their solution.
