APPROACHES TO ASSESSING COMPETITIVENESS IN THE SPHERE OF SALON ENTERPRISE

The aim of the work was the formation of a system of indicators and the justification of methodological approaches for assessing the competitiveness of beauty salons. For the effective use of marketing tools aimed at the formation of competitive beauty salon services, an objective necessity in the face of increasing competition is the application of economic research methods. An algorithm for assessing the competitiveness of salons is proposed on the basis of a combination of methods of customer questioning and a quantitative analysis of the results, aimed at the possibility of ranking factors affecting competitiveness, in order to determine their priority.
