PRIORITIES AND PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE MODERNIZATION OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The problems of the labor market are identified – the lack of specialists in accordance with employers' requests, the reasons for this phenomenon and the fact that educational institutions alone can not eliminate these causes. The idea of continuing professional education is not new. Today it is not only practiced by pedagogical practitioners, but also by scientists. It requires an integrated approach to the innovative strategy of the educational institution in training highly skilled workers and specialists. The article highlights the task of introducing dual training based on the interaction between the Voronezh Industrial and Humanitarian College and the main strategic social partner of JSC «Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant – Assembly».
