Analysis of Time Management Methods in Personnel Management Tasks

The article presents a comparative analysis of time management methods for personnel management tasks: the Critical Path Method (CPM), Workforce Scheduling Optimization, Time Blocking, and Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC). Their key characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses are examined. The CPM is effective for project planning but lacks flexibility. Workforce Scheduling Optimization is precise and adaptive but requires significant resources. Time Blocking is simple and convenient for individual planning but less effective for complex tasks. TDABC is versatile for cost analysis and adapting to changes. The findings emphasize the importance of selecting methods based on organizational tasks and resources, as well as the benefits of hybrid approaches.
