Integration of IoT and data analytics to enhance management processes in technical service enterprises

This article explores the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data analytics to optimize management processes in technical service enterprises. A literature review was conducted on the use of IoT and data analytics in enterprise and project management industries. The benefits and opportunities provided by IoT and big data analytics in this field are discussed. Special attention is given to the potential implementation of such systems in Russia with the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
