One of the most traumatic sports that has emerged recently and has gained interest and affection among young people is powerlifting. It consists of three competitive barbell exercises that most accurately determine a person's strength level: the squat with a barbell on the shoulders, the bench press, and the deadlift. The classification of powerlifting exercises assumes their distribution into basic (competitive) and additional (general preparatory and special preparatory).
