The article is devoted to methodological approaches of selection and development of personnel policy of the enterprise in conditions of market economy, using the possibilities of remote control, as well as one of the key sections of the personnel policy – staff adaptation, based on dynamic indicators of efficiency of the personnel management system in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises Proposed, and the requirements to the personnel policy and the sequence of stages of improvement.
