“Bulletin of Voronezh Institute of High Technologies” accepts articles in Russian and English. The editorial board reviews materials submitted by the authors only on condition of compliance with the terms of publication and the requirements established by the board. The editorial board accepts (or rejects) the article for publication after the review and discussion.

Electronic publication formatting:

• At least 5 pages of typeset pages (not counting references)
• Single spacing
• A4 paper format (210 х 297 mm)
• Body text in Times New Roman, 12 font size
• Height for letters, digits and other characters in tables and figures is 12 font size
• Pages are not numbered
• Page margins: right – 2,5 cm, left – 2,5 cm, upper – 2,5 cm, lower – 2,5 cm
• Pictures are included in the text, and they should be of high quality (blur-free image, readable text)

Mandatory structural elements of the article

• UDC identifier (above the heading, left alignment)
• Title of the article
• Article title (upper case, bold type)
• Authors’ initials and last names (initials are put before the last name)
• Full name of the organizations affiliated with authors
• Brief abstract in Russian (5-12 lines of text, Times New Roman, 12 font size, italics)
• Keywords (from 3 to 7 words or phrases, Times New Roman, 12 font size, standard type)
• Body text
• References (formatted using a numerical list tool in Microsoft Word)
• In English: authors’ initials and last names, article title, name of the organization affiliated with the authors, abstract and keywords (fonts are the same as in the original text in Russian)

References section is obligatory. All references given in square brackets using Arabic numerals in the text must match each source in the References Section. Figures are included in the body text. At the end of the article, information on all authors should be given in the form of a table with removed borders (Times New Roman, 12 font size) and with a heading (Times New Roman and 12 font size) using the format below.

The journal "Bulletin of the Voronezh Institute of High Technologies" follows the Open Access Journals policy, providing access to articles published in the journal freely available to read, download and share (without registration).

The founder of the "Bulletin of the Voronezh Institute of High Technologies" journal partially pays for its publication. The author of the article pays the article open access fee, including its preparation for publication on the journal’s website, placement of the article on the website and in the indexing and reviewing systems, archives creation in order to increase publications reliability and accessibility.

The payment fee for the authors is 400 rubles per page.

The payment option can be activated in the Author PERSONAL ACCOUNT after receiving a notification of a positive decision of the editorial board.
